I came to Nelson Trust in December 2007 from a homeless hostel in my home town and was referred by my local drug services.    I completed 6 months residential treatment and a further 10 months in resettlement.   I am now doing voluntary work in the Forest of Dean and have acquired various out door activity qualifications.  I have also undertaken bicycle maintenance qualifications which have led to voluntary work at the Nelson Trust.  Thanks to the Huxley Trust, I am currently undertaking a higher level bicycle maintenance qualification in Aylesbury and working at Nelson Trust and in the Forest of Dean.    I hope this will lead to full time paid employment teaching bicycle maintenance.
