Compliance and Policies
As a registered Care Home and treatment facility, the Nelson Trust complies with the Commission for Social Care Inspection standards. Our policies and procedures are audited by CQC twice a year. The Trust also complies with both Supporting People and Gloucestershire Drug and Alcohol Action Team service standards, and we are working towards DANOS (Drug and Alcohol National Occupational Standards) compliance for all staff training.
The Education, Training and Employment programme is accredited through The Guidance Accreditation Board and has already achieved MATRIX accreditation.
