Travelling from Stroud on the A419: After approx 2m from Stroud, pass the Wagon & Horses Pub on left hand side, take next right hand turn into Hope Mill lane, go through residential caravan park and STAR centre is first building on the left.

Travelling from Cirencester on A419, pass through Brimscombe and just after Brimscombe & Thrupp football pitch (on left) turn next left.  Go through residential caravan park and STAR centre is first building on the left.

It is advisable to park in the lane adjacent (above) the church - called 'The Roundabouts' - and walk down through the churchyard to the school.

As you head out of Stroud on Dr. Newton’s Way (Waitrose will be on your left), you need to get on the A419 (London Road) signposted for Chalford and Cirencester.  As you proceed along this read, look for signs to Thrupp and Brimscombe (approx 2 miles from Stroud). 

Turn right at large junction (on bend) to take you onto Brimscombe Hill. The Chapel is about 50 yards further up the hill (on the right) opposite Brimscombe Primary School and next to railway line.

As you head out of Stroud on Dr. Newton’s Way (Waitrose will be on your left), you need to get on the A419 (London Road) signposted for Chalford and Cirencester.  As you proceed along this read, look for signs to Thrupp and Brimscombe (approx 2 miles from Stroud). 

Turn right at large junction (on bend) to take you onto Brimscombe Hill.  Do not take first turning into Brimscombe Port Industrial Estate but 2nd turning on left into Port Lane and follow the lane over a small bridge, then follow the lane around to the right rather than drive straight ahead into Brimscombe Port car park. 

The river will now be on your right.  Drive along the lane, past a cottage on your right (East Wharf) and you may park opposite the single-storey office building (Admin Office) next to the cottage.
