New Aftercare Service

The Nelson Trust has received funding for a new Aftercare Service for Gloucestershire. 

 The aim of the service is to support those in early recovery, prevent relapse and a return to the treament system. The service involves a range of options to suit individual's needs including practical and emotional support.  For more infomation about the service click here
