Eligibility and Funding

We accept clients within the age range of 18 to 65, who are committed to becoming abstinent from all mood-altering chemicals. We also accept people addicted to any other substance and other obsessive-compulsive disorders such as bulimia, overeating and gambling.

All clients must complete a detoxification prior to admission and have stayed free of drugs and alcohol for at least 24 hours.

Schedule 1 clients may be subject to additional screening checks.

Funding

We usually receive funding from the following sources: 

• Social Services 
• The Benefits Agency 
• The National Health Service 
• The Probation Service

We would expect funding to be either in place or in the process of being obtained at the time of application. We also take clients who pay for treatment themselves or who are funded from private insurance.
