The Children’s and Young People’s Services

The Nelson Trust Children's and Young People's Services have developed over the last few years to meet the needs of the most vulnerable and at risk young people in Gloucestershire.  Hidden Harm has been on the Government Agenda since 2003.  By that time, the Nelson Trust had already recognised the needs of the children of substance misusing parents.
