Welcome to the 2015 Nelson Trust Annual Review. We hope you enjoy reading how we celebrated our 30th anniversary.

At our rehabilitation treatment centres, 125 people were given the opportunity to turn their lives around in 2014-15. 76% of these completed treatment successfully. With two specialist women's rehabilitation houses, we're becoming known as the treatment providers for women. These two houses are safe spaces where women can be treated by women, with women. Research carried out by the National Addiction Centre (King's College London) has confirmed the success of our women-only programme. Findings show that our unique approach enables them to begin their recovery process.

At our two women's centres (in Gloucester and Swindon), we've continued to work with some of the most vulnerable families in the region to address addiction, homelessness, poverty, domestic abuse, mental illness, family breakdowns and lack of qualifications. We are extremely proud to announce that 194 women improved their accommodation, 158 women gained valuable new skills, 167 women improved their health, 235 women improved their well-being, 123 women re-built bonds with loved ones, and 62 women made steps towards recovery form abuse, violence and rape.
